Floor & Decor to Open Savannah, GA Distribution Facility

Savannah, GA, September 20, 2016—Floor & Decor, an Atlanta-based chain of floorcovering stores, plans to open a 1.4 million-square-foot distribution center near Savannah, Georgia, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Duke Realty Corp, which executed a long-term lease agreement for the 1,435,750-square-foot, build-to-suit distribution facility, said construction is slated to begin in November with Floor & Decor relocating to its new facility in early 2018.
