Grapevine, TX, August 18, 2006--A three-alarm fire blazed through a carpet store on Thursday, requiring the local fire department to put out a call for help.
The fire began at Metal Clad Carpet Store, located in the 300 block of East Dallas Road. The fire then spread to other businesses.
No injuries were reported in the fire, but authorities said 15 pieces of equipment were at the scene.
Fire officials evacuated the area. The fire was contained Thursday evening, fire officials said.
