Fifteen Kährs Products Receive FSC Certification

Altamont Springs, FL, May 24, 2011--Fifteen Kährs wood floors have received Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification. Five of these are Kährs Activity Floors, six are Kährs Original and four are in the Kährs Linnea line.

The certification means that the products fulfill the demands for FSC Mixed Sources products.

“We want to be able to guarantee our customers that they buy floors made out of wood that has been responsibly produced. That’s why we cooperate with suppliers that are certified according to FSC or that can provide other certification. We also demand that suppliers sign our code of conduct”, says Bruce Uhler, vice president of commercial sales global.
