FiberFloor Wins Woman's Day First HR Awards
Whitehall, PA, February 22--Tarkett Residential was named Best New Flooring by Woman’s Day Special Interest Publications’ Woman’s Day Home Remodeling & Makeovers in their first annual "Best New Product Awards." FiberFloor’s wide selection of patterns, textures and colors and easy installation were driving factors that led to the award. According to the magazine, winners were selected as the top examples of flawless performance, technological innovation and aesthetic appeal. The judges for the Awards were: Paige Hemmis of ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition; Lynda Lyday, a host of Talk2DIY Home Improvement on the DIY Network; Renee Rewiski, editor of Remodeling News and national secretary of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry; and Barbara Winfield, editor, Woman’s Day Special Interest Publications’ Woman’s Day Home Remodeling & Makeovers. "We are very honored that FiberFloor was selected as a superior flooring product not only by a publication as influential as Woman’s Day Special Interest Publications’ Woman’s Day Home Remodeling & Makeovers, but also by such a distinguished panel of judges," says Mark Brown, director of marketing, Tarkett Residential. "An award such as this, together with the incredible enthusiasm the product has inspired in the marketplace from both the channel and consumers alike, validates what Tarkett has known all along, that consumers want flooring that is exceptionally cushiony underfoot, stylish, easy to maintain and simple to install."
