FCITS Offering Concrete Moisture Certification Course at TISE

Las Vegas, NV, January 9, 2026-The Flooring Consultants & Inspection Training Services (FCITS) has announced the addition of a new Concrete Moisture Testing Certification and Training Course to its education lineup during The International Surface Event (TISE) at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.

The four-hour, hands-on course will take place on Monday, January 26, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center as TISE. It is open to flooring retailers, sales teams, installation managers and flooring inspectors who evaluate or prepare concrete subfloors for flooring installation. No prerequisite is required.

Designed specifically for professionals who need to reduce risk, prevent failures, and protect profitability, the course provides comprehensive training on moisture testing methods, including ASTM F-2170 (Relative Humidity Testing) and ASTM F-1869 (Calcium Chloride Testing), the industry’s two primary standards for evaluating concrete moisture. Participants may earn a Concrete Moisture Testing Certification or attend for professional training only.
