Faus Will Respond to Domotex Booth Closure

Hannover, Germany, January 14, 2007-- Faus Group said today that Unilin has requested the court to remove the Faus laminate flooring products from their booth at the Domotex exhibition in Hannover, Germany. Faus said it will respond against Unilin in the German courts appropriately. The company said it is confident that once all the facts are revealed, it will show that this action today was not only inappropriate but a cowardly act. Faus said it regrets that the world will not be able to see its new innovations in Germany but it promises that Unilin cannot permanently prevent Faus from showing the best innovative products to the world. Faus said it will be proud to show all of today’s innovations and more at the BAU exhibition in Munich (January 15th-19th), Swissbau in Basel (January 23rd-27th) and Surfaces in Las Vegas coming February. Faus said it believes that today’s action by Unilin was not a prudent one. Faus is a global leader in design and technology innovation, manufacturing products designed to meet customer demands for laminate flooring and moldings of the highest level.
