Dalton, GA, January 18--Faus announced that it has granted Berry a patent license on its Embossed-In-Register and Joint Guard beveled edge patents.
This new agreement strengthens and is a continuation of the mutual cooperation between Faus and the Berry Floor Group, which was initiated in 2001 when both companies signed the agreement on the gluefree BerryLOC technology.
This new agreement further strengthens Faus’ and the Berry Floor Groups commitment to defend and enforce their respective intellectual properties in the laminate flooring industry.
