Faus Files Patent Suit Against Berry, Alloc

Calhoun, GA , March 6, 2008-- Faus Group Inc. filed a lawsuit for patent infringement against Berry Floor NV and Alloc, Inc. and for breach of license agreement against Berry Finance NV.

The suit, filed Jan. 30 in the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division, charges Berry and Allo. with infringing patents relating to Faus Embossed In Register and Joint Guard beveled edge technologies.

In the complaint, Faus also alleges that Berry Finance NV breached the license agreement formerly between Faus and Berry Finance NV.
