Faus Ends Chinafloors License, Citing Patent Issue

Dalton, GA, Sept. 18, 2009--Faus said it has terminated its license agreement with Chinafloors Timber (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Chinafloors Timber Co., Ltd. because of noncompliance with the contractual terms of the agreement.

Faus also said it has terminated its agent agreement with CFL Management, Ltd. /China FL Invest Ltd. and neither company of the Chinafloors group will be allowed to represent Faus or use its patented technologies.

"This is a decision absolutely directed to protect the Faus patent portfolio," said CEO Gonzalo Frey.
