Faus Appoints Three Key Management Positions

Calhoun, GA, August 1, 2007--Faus Group has announced the immediate appointment of three key management positions.

 

Ken Freedman has been named director of Fausfloor Sales. He will report directly to Juan Flores, president.

 

Freedman has more than 20 years experience working with every channel of the flooring industry. Most recently, he was vice president of national accounts for Hoboken Floors. He has held other sales and marketing management positions with Alloc, CCA Global Partners and Mohawk Industries.

 

“Ken is a great addition to our management team and the Fausfloor program,” Flores said. “His background and passion will strengthen relationships with our distribution and retail partners.”

 

Jeff Berl has been promoted to national sales manager. Berl, who reports directly to Freedman, was previously regional sales manager for the Northeast territory.

 

Prior to joining Faus, Berl worked with Milliken Carpets for eight years as the account manager for the Northeast territory. .

 

“Jeff has done a great job introducing our products into his territory,” Flores said. “He is clearly an expert in the flooring business and will now be able to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with the rest of our partners.”

 

Steve Ehrlich has been named product development director. He will report directly to Flores.

 

Ehrlich also has an extensive background in the flooring industry, with 17 years experience. He was the senior vice president of marketing for Hoboken Floors before joining Faus. He has also held management positions with Color Tile and the Expo Design Center division of Home Depot.

 

“Steve brings great experience in product and merchandising,” Flores said. “He is going to reinforce Faus’ commitment to design and innovation and strengthen the execution of our programs.”
