F. Schumacher & Company Restructures
New York, NY, October 21, 2005—Dale Williams has resigned as president of Waverly Lifestyle Group and has been succeeded by Dan Bonini, who will add the Waverly responsibilities to his existing post as president of FSC Wallcoverings. Both are divisions of F. Schumacher & Co. Bonini also will be responsible for the licensing of Waverly Home Fashions products. Licensees are expected to be announced shortly, said Gerry Puschel, Schumacher CEO. Puschel said the company is combining FSC and Waverly to "create better synergies between the two divisions that are basically retail-oriented." Waverly will continue to design and produce fabrics as well as license designs, he said. Before joining Waverly, Williams held senior posts at textile companies Springs and WestPoint WestPoint Stevens.
