Nederweert, Holland, June 23-- ETF Machinefabriek, a designer and builder of machinery for the floorcovering industry, bought all the intellectual rights of HEL Systems.
ETF acquired the intellectual property and stock of machinery and parts after HEL Systems went into voluntary liquidation. ETF will certify service to existing HEL customers.
ETF will continue production and sales of HEL Systems Portamaster machine under its own flag.
