Emser Names Delia CEO and Parello President

Los Angeles, CA, January 12, 2026-Emser Tile has announced a strategic shift in leadership that reflects the company’s ongoing expansion and long-term goals and growth. Effective January 1, Jim Parello has been promoted to president, and Carl Delia will assume the role of chief executive.

Parello joined Emser in 2024 as executive vice president of sales and has been instrumental in driving the company’s business forward and in elevating customer engagement. As president, Parello will continue to lead the sales and marketing teams and will focus on business innovation opportunities, company growth initiatives and customer engagement excellence.

Delia began his career with Emser in 1987 and has served as company president since 2016. As company CEO, Delia will focus on Emser’s long-term objectives, including innovation, efficiency and investments. He will continue to oversee finance, HR, sourcing and IT, and will work closely with Parello to strengthen the company’s position and role within the industry.
