Electric Aquagenics Launches Antimicrobial Cleanin
Lindon, UT, June 2--Electric Aquagenics Unlimited and its joint venture partner, American MoldGuard, have launched Zero Plus, Inc., a Safe Living Initiative incorporating EAU's Empowered Water as a new cleaning technology for carpet and living surfaces.
American MoldGuard's antimicrobial surface technology constantly eradicates harmful germs and bacteria while it prevents their regrowth, according to the company.
Initially developed for use in a variety of commercial cleaning and disinfecting applications, Zero Plus incorporates EAU's patented alkaline water for use as an integral component of their health and lifestyle solutions, the future of a germ-free lifestyle. EAU is a technology and life sciences company that specializes in water electrolysis to create non-toxic products that disinfect, sanitize and clean surfaces and foods.
Zero Plus will benefit any individual who frequents a public fitness facility or any environment exposed to germs. Even if they are cleaned regularly, the surfaces in a gym never seem to stay clean, especially in problem areas like the locker room, shower, sauna, handle bars, headrests, mats, etc. These surfaces are breeding grounds for dangerous microorganisms that can cause odors, defacement, and deterioration. More seriously, they are associated with allergic reactions and potentially infectious diseases, pulmonary complications, salmonella and E. Coli, asthma, bronchitis, sinus problems, skin rashes and infections, nosebleeds, eye irritation, nausea and vomiting, food poisoning and even mortality.
Zero Plus provides a comprehensive offering of commercial cleaning, disinfecting and protecting services, with a strong emphasis on active public areas such as the health clubs and gyms.
The key is to create an environment that first removes microbial threats and the harmful cleaners and disinfectants that have been introduced previously, what the Company terms the "Zero Phase." In the second part of the process, the "Plus Phase," the entire surface of the affected areas are coated with an EPA registered antimicrobial that will provide an ongoing kill from gym member to gym member, making it extremely difficult for germs to return, let alone survive.
More than a dozen different university labs and professional testing facilities have tested the technology behind the Zero Plus solution. Over 40 Ph.D. scientists have tested and are standing behind the technology and its results generated in hundreds of tests completed over the last eight years. An estimated $30 million dollars has been spent by organizations around the world to bring the technology to where it is today. Furthermore, "in-field" results have proven the technologies behind EAU's Empowered Water and American MoldGuard's antimicrobial surface protectants.
