Elabrient Surfaces Signs Licensing Agreement with

New York, NY, June 22, 2006--Big Apple Worldwide, Inc., announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Elabrient Surfaces, LLC, has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Esther Dunbar-Cullum, renowned carpet and textile designer for the Hospitality industry. Elabrient Surfaces will be responsible for the manufacturing and marketing of custom coordinated wallcovering for Esther Dunbar-Cullum's "Walls & Floors Cross Media Collection" product line. The companies have also agreed to initiate a joint advertising campaign to increase awareness of this entirely new marketing concept. The "Walls & Floors Cross Media Collection" approach is a unique and new concept because it provides designers with options of complete commercial carpet and wallcovering product integration, as well as the ability to customize patterns or colors to meet their needs. Esther Dunbar-Cullum is the premier designer of patterned carpeting for Design Origins, which is the printed carpet division of Shaw Industries, the world's largest carpet manufacturer. Esther Dunbar-Cullum's carpet collections are distributed through a national network of independent sales representatives.
