Egger and Unilin Enter into Further License Arrang

Wielsbeke, Belgium, March 14, 2006 – The Unilin group and the Egger group have announced that they have entered into a more detailed license agreement for certain glueless flooring systems. The parties entered into a similar arrangement in April 2003 for so-called snap systems. This new license arrangement will allow the Egger group to manufacture so-called pure angling systems and so-called angling-snap systems. The Egger group will also be allowed to use Unilin’s beveled edge technology.
