EcoTimber's Woven Poplar Wins Green Award

Denver, CO, Aug. 12, 2010--Award-winning independent news source Sustainable Industries named EcoTimber Woven Recycled Poplar as one of its 2010 Top 10 Green Building Products award winners.

EcoTimber Woven Recycled Poplar was selected from more than 100 entries based on environmental performance, scalability/market impact, innovativeness, design aesthetic, value and compatibility with the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system.

The EcoTimber product is composed of 100% post industrial scraps of poplar from the furniture industry that is combined with a proprietary process of resin infusion and high compression.
