Durall Intros No-wait Epoxy Floor Seal

Bloomington, MN, August 11--Durall Industrial Floorings has launched "No-Wait 2005," its new epoxy seal for fresh concrete. Durall has developed special technology that uses the reaction between the fresh cement and the seal coat to produce a finished covering without waiting the traditional 28 days for the concrete to fully cure. This means that colored and decorative topcoats can go on, without danger of lifting, soon after No-Wait 2005 is applied, according to the company. Standard epoxy and urethane seals require waiting for new concrete to fully cure before they can come in contact with it. Since the top coats are in contact only with the No-Wait 2005 seal, they are not vulnerable to disruption due to the curing process. For best results, Durall recommends cleaning the concrete with its high alkaline, high acidic cleaners and a scrub rinse. Because No-Wait 2005 is water based, no drying time is required between cleaning and application. For commercial installers, this results in one trip to the job site rather than two, and no crew time waiting. Durall Industrial Flooring, Minneapolis, MN, is an industrial flooring manufacturer that also makes over 500 specialty cleaners. Durall provides factory-direct support for these new products.
