DriTac Adhesive Intros Concrete Moisture System

Brooklyn, NY, July 15--DriTac Adhesive Group has introduced the DriTac MCS 7000 Concrete Moisture Control System. The DriTac Concrete Moisture Control system is a two-part epoxy which reduces subsurface moisture vapor transmission from 12 pounds to three pounds. The system is the first line of defense against subfloor moisture damage in wood flooring installations. "The DriTac Concrete Moisture Control System is an integral precautionary step in avoiding moisture damage to wood flooring. In most cases, subfloor moisture problems can be avoided by treating the concrete properly before installing a wood floor," according to Larry Scott, DriTac Director of Technical Services. When used in conjunction with one of DriTac’s two premium urethane adhesives, DriTac 7600 or DriTac 7500, an enhanced subfloor moisture warranty is offered. In addition, the DriTac MCS 7000 Concrete Moisture Control System is VOC compliant.
