Midland, MI, September 16, 2005--Dow Chemical said it would seek price increases across its entire portfolio of chemical and plastic products to offset the impact of rising energy prices.
Persistently high oil and natural gas prices, exacerbated in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, pose a severe threat to the long-term health of the chemical industry in the United States, Dow said in a statement.
