Distributor Galleher Sold Back to Hamars

Los Angeles, CA, April 29, 2010--Galleher said that Jeff and Todd Hamar have purchased the flooring distribution company from Itochu Corporation.

This reverses the sale that was made in January 2007, when the Hamars sold the company.

In describing the situation, Jeff Hamar said, “the opportunity to own and manage an extremely well capitalized company as the recovery begins and growth returns was too good a deal to pass on.”

The company operates 11 warehouse facilities in California, Arizona and Nevada.
