Debtor Trustee Files Suit Against Beaulieu’s Officers & Directors

Rome, GA, August 29, 2018-The liquidating trustee has filed suit against Beaulieu Group’s directors, officers and equity owners seeking remedy for allegedly breaking the law with fund transfers prior to bankruptcy filing in July 2017.

Any recovery in this suit would go toward the unsecured creditors at the time of the bankruptcy.

This suit will likely drag on for a long period of time.

If successful, this suit could force the insurance company that held Beaulieu’s director and officer’s liability policy to pay funds towards the unsecured creditors.
