Dalton Recycling Plant Has Another Fire

Dalton, GA, Sept. 29, 2011 -- An early morning fire hit the Columbia Recycling plant in Dalton.

The fire, the third at the plant since 2007, according to the Dalton Daily Citizen, was contained to one building.

The fire apparently began in some bales of carpet scraps.
