Dal-Tile to Open Distribution Facility in San Anto
Jacksonville, MS, August 14, 2006--EastGroup Properties announced the development of a 64,000 square foot build-to-suit facility for Dal-Tile Corporation.
The business distribution warehouse, which will be located in EastGroup's Arion Business Park just north of the San Antonio International Airport, has a total projected investment of $4,220,000 and is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2007.
David H. Hoster II, president and CEO stated, "We are pleased to be selected to provide a new home for Dal-Tile in San Antonio. This development will increase our ownership at Arion to 694,000 square feet and to over 1.1 million square feet in San Antonio, a market we entered two years ago."
