Dale Pearce, Owner of The Carpet Shoppe, Has Died

Springfield, MO, December 15, 2025-Dale Pearce, 91, owner of The Carpet Shoppe in Springfield, Missouri, died November 14. 

Following graduation from high school, Pearce became a floorcovering installer.

After serving in the Navy, he continued in the floorcovering industry, opening The Carpet Shoppe in 1970. The business is celebrating its 55th anniversary this month.
