Crossville's Tim Bolby Receives TCNA Service to the Industry Award

Crossville, TN, April 7, 2017—Tim Bolby, executive director of technical services for Crossville Inc., received the inaugural Service to the Industry Award presented by the Tile Council of North America (TCNA) at Coverings 2017.

Bolby is the first recipient of the newly established honor and was recognized at a surprise reception on April 5, in Orlando, Florida.

Bolby joined Crossville in 2002 as director of technical services and was promoted to executive director of technical services in 2013. He has served as the technical and quality management leader for the manufacturer where he was responsible for the review and approval of all significant product claims, the strategic planning for all product knowledge training initiatives, the review of technical and installation publications.

Bolby came to Crossville from the setting materials segment of the industry. He’s spent more than 25 years in the business and is a graduate of the University of Missouri.
