Crossville Names Mike Sellers to New Position

Crossville, TN, May 13--Crossville, Inc. has named Mike Sellers to the newly created position of Technical Services Administrator. Sellers, based in Crossville, TN, will be responsible for providing technical support for call-in customers, as well as overseeing complaint log management, product tracking and tile inspections. As part of the technical services team, he will be working with Tim Bolby, director of technical services, and Margaret Loy, technical services/outlet stores manager. Sellers has been with Crossville for almost 12 years, working as an account manager in the Customer Service Department, where he assisted with sales, order entry and order follow up for Crossville’s distributors. He also handled inbound installation and maintenance calls from distributors, dealers, contractors, architects and designers. Previously, Sellers worked in sales for Bell South, headquartered in Atlanta. "Crossville is thrilled to have Mike in this new role," says Mark Shannon, vice president, sales, "as his presence will broaden the level of expertise the Technical Services Department can provide to both our internal and external customers."
