CRI Posts Courses at Hanley-Wood University

Dalton, GA, Aug. 15, 2012 -- The Carpet and Rug Institute has posted 10 CEU courses at Hanley-Wood University, a large source of continuing professional education for the architectural and design community.

According to Hanley-Wood, the CRI CEUs have all been accessed by a total of 63 users in their first two weeks online.

Anyone can access the CRI courses and take the tests following the courses, but only AIA members can receive AIA and USGBC credits. The CRI material is the first carpet-specific content on HWU.
 
The available courses include: Carpet in Acute Care Facilities, Carpet in Educational Facilities, Carpet in Hospitality, Carpet Recycling Initiatives, Carpet Testing Methods, Fibers and Yarns, GLP Testing for Carpet and Adhesives, Introduction to Carpet Specification, ANSI/NSF 140 Standard, and Carpet and Sustainability.
 
The material will be available for one year, with  renewal depending on the amount of usage.
