Corporate Floors Buys Dallas-Based ReSource

Grapevine, TX, June 1, 2010--Corporate Floors, Inc., a Grapevine, Texas based commercial flooring services company, has acquired the assets of Dallas-based ReSource Flooring Group.

Corporate Floors is a minority certified business, member of the StarNet Commercial Flooring Partnership and a MilliCare Textile and Carpet Care franchisee.

"ReSource Flooring Group is known for their high quality installation, floor care and SaniGlaze business and close end-user relationships," said Thomas Holland, CEO of Corporate Floors.

ReSource Flooring owner Burt Copeland will remain in charge of market development for the SaniGlaze franchise. The majority of the ReSource team will remain in their current positions at Corporate Floors and will continue to service their existing customer base.
