Cornerstone ResinDek Panels Earn SCS Certification

Cincinnati, OH, October 18, 2007-- Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products LLC has earned certifications from Scientific Certification Systems (SCS) for its ResinDek mezzanine decking panels.

The certifications support the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED rating system, which was created to establish a common standard of measurement for what constitutes a ``green'' building. LEED provides certifications to companies that want to document their environmentally friendly practices for the construction of new buildings and maintenance of existing buildings.

All ResinDek(r) flooring panels are eligible for LEED Credits.

Cornerstone has also introduced a panel, ResinDek EF (Environmentally Friendly that is made with no urea-formaldehyde additives and has been lab-tested to less than 0.05 ppm.
