Construction Defect Center Seeks Info on Wood
New York, NY, Nov. 22, 2011 -- The Construction Defect Center said it is concerned that problems associated with hardwood flooring products, or engineered hardwood flooring products, might be much more widespread than it thought.
The group is now urging any U.S. homeowner who has recently purchased a hardwood, or engineered wood flooring product and has had problems to contact the center, especially if the complaints involve delaminated, curled, or cracked wood, or if the hardwood, or high end hardwood engineered flooring product has warped.
The homeowner must provide the wood flooring manufacturer, confirm that wood flooring was installed within the last four years, and that the homeowner was told, or led to believe the wood flooring was made in the U.S.
