Connor Sport Court Files Trademark Infringement Suit

New York, NY, Jan. 19, 2017 -- Sports flooring company Connor Sport Court International LLC filed a trademark violation suit in Utah federal court on Tuesday over the words Sport Court, according to Law360.

The firm claimed that CWF Flooring Inc., which does business as PlasticSportCourtTiles.com, misuses Connor Sport Court's mark in the name of its website and in its software to influence search engine results, in violation of federal trademark laws.

Connor Sport Court claims that the use of the mark could confuse consumers.
