Custom Crete, which is currently finishing the floor for the new business, Pass Your Plate, offers a wide selection of floor, patio and pool deck options for both businesses as well as residences, indoor and outdoor, including custom flooring, overlays and stamps, and acid staining, which is the option chosen by Pass your Plate.
And designing the floor is just the beginning of the service they offer.
"First we seal the floor and then after the work crews are finished we come back and seal the floor again," Cochrane said, who, with Steven Williams, owns Custom Crete. She said service to the customer was one of the biggest priorities for Custom Crete.
"I suppose we could walk away right now; we have our money," Cochrane said. "But that is not the way we do things. We want it done right."
Cochrane said the busy season is just beginning, but Custom Crete would still make every effort to meet with potential clients and give them an estimate of the work within a week of the client's call.
