Commercial Flooring Expert John Ham Has Died

Dalton, GA, January 13, 2026-Commercial flooring expert John Ham, 69, died January 10.

John spent decades as a manufacturer’s representative for many commercial flooring brands. 

Later in his career, he became committed to environmentally responsible flooring solutions. He established The Green Room, one of the industry’s first showrooms dedicated exclusively to sustainable flooring products.

Even after retirement-and later during his pancreatic cancer diagnosis-John remained actively engaged, consulting with companies including Forth Surfaces and Certified Finishes.
