Danville, VA, Feb. 2--Columbia Flooring today announced the appointment of Shane Calloway as business unit manager for laminate flooring products.
Calloway will be responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of all aspects of Columbia's business strategy relating to laminate flooring. Reporting to Columbia Director of Business Development Steve Bunch, he will interact closely with the company's sales, marketing, product development and material sourcing departments to help expand its laminate business.
Calloway spent the last seven years at Alloc Inc., where he was national sales manager. "Shane has been involved with laminate flooring almost since its inception in this country," Columbia President David Wootton said. "His experience would be invaluable to any laminate producer, and we're very happy to have him joining our organization."
