Clayton Miller Launches Collection for Corporate I

Dalton, GA, October 21 – Clayton Miller, a leader in providing commercial carpets for the high-end hospitality sector, has announced a new collection of products made with Honeywell Nylon’s Zeftron Savant nylon. The Cadence Collection, Clayton Miller’s first collection of carpets developed specifically for use in corporate interior environments, is comprised of 10 highly textured and uniquely styled products each containing Honeywell Nylon’s most technologically advanced fiber system which contains the highest amount of recycled content of any nylon in the industry. Developed in coordination with noted designer Ruth Simon McRae of McRae Associates Inc., the collection enables interior designers, architects and other specifiers of corporate carpet the ability to coordinate different carpet styles for an entire project space. In addition, with Zeftron Savant nylon, specifiers and end users can be assured of receiving a carpet made with a nylon that is fully recyclable, contains the highest amount of post-consumer content of any nylon in the industry, and offers the highest performance and styling characteristics available. "As we looked to develop our first line of corporate products, we wanted the Cadence Collection to be aesthetically different and pretty while also meeting the performance and sustainable demands expected among today’s corporate architect and design community," said Wayne Gratigny, vice president of sales and marketing for Clayton Miller. Gratigny also added that the new collection – which consists of a color way of complex neutrals -- achieves even greater color and texture flexibility through Honeywell Nylon’s superior yarn system and new machine technology from Clayton Miller. The Cadence collection features the following products: · A Cappella: Bold design pattern with wide, horizontal bands that have rough edges balanced by asymmetrical leaf-like elements. · Bandstand: A pattern of squares that is "off square" with dimensional texture that appears to interlace like a basket weave. · Bossa Nova: Touts a wavy grid with syncopated rhythms; a background texture of horizontal lines is overlaid with a pattern of vertical waves and two levels of texture. · Cancan: A composition of rectangles with three-dimensional depth and texture. · Cha-Cha-Cha: Woven-looking ribbed stripe that echoes the Bossa Nova and Cancan background structure. · Diva: Horizontal stripe pattern with a handcrafted, sweater-like texture. · Groove: Irregular vertical stripe with corduroy texture. · Jazz Hands: Features an all-over rhythmic pattern with a near solid visual that looks like waving hands. · Mambo: Inspired by concrete-type sidewalks embedded with glass circles like soft drink bottle bottoms. · Rhumba: A dimensional pattern of softened squares and circles that expresses the dimension and depth of glass block.
