Ceramic & LVT Imports Declined in Units & Dollars in February

Charlotte, NC, April 7, 2026-In February, both ceramic and LVT imports declined in units and dollars, reports Truist. 

Ceramic imports continued their streak of declines seeing units down 21% and dollars down 30%. Similar to recent trends, India was the only focus country to see unit growth, while Spain and Italy had units and dollars down substantially.

LVT imports for the month declined 24% in units and 32% in dollars. China has continued to see its share of imports evaporate with units and dollars down around 90% year over year. Vietnam and South Korea have not seen the same extent of declines albeit both countries saw units and dollars decline. We note that the Rest of World continues to see strong growth with units more than double year over year and dollars up almost 50%.
