Manchester, NH November 11--CCA Global Partners has appointed Brian Metcalf as senior vice president of training.
Most recently, Metcalf served as the senior vice president of new business with Novations Vertical Market Solutions, the fifth largest training development company in the country.
"Brian has extensive experience in training development for a variety of different companies," said Howard Brodsky, co-CEO of CCA Global Partners. "He brings a wealth of knowledge and a new, innovative perspective to CCA Global that will allow each of our divisions to provide cutting-edge training programs and technology into their retail stores. We are all very excited that Brian has joined our team."
Metcalf will oversee training development for all thirteen of CCA Global’s divisions, facilitating the growth of the individual divisions and positioning CCA Global as a leading retail company in a competitive market.
At Novations Vertical Market Solutions, Metcalf developed training for clients in a range of industries, including Do It Best Hardware, Lazy Boy Furniture, Blockbuster and BMW. Metcalf worked as a district manager with KB Toys and the Bombay Company prior to joining Novations.
