Atlanta, GA, October 1—CCA Global Partners yesterday presented the Floor Covering Industry Foundation (FCIF) with a check for $120,000.
The amount represents funds raised by the 2nd Annual CCA Global Partners/Floor Covering Industry Foundation's Charity Golf Tournament, which was held yesterday near Atlanta, at the Marriott Evergreen Resort.
This year’s contribution topped by $20,000 the amount raised by last year’s event.
CCA Global initiated the tournament and established a new endowment fund last year to significantly increase the FCIF's capital base.
The FCIF was created 20 years ago to focus industry attention on the health, human service and welfare needs of those in the floorcovering industry in times of life-altering medical hardships.
The Foundation has been a unique lifeline to members of the industry family who find themselves in need of financial assistance.
