Carpet One's C1 Xperience Underway Now
Manchester, NH, July 24, 2018-This week, Carpet One Floor & Home members came together for their annual summer convention at the Montreal Convention Center.
This summer’s convention is transformed into a whole new experience under the convention theme C1 Xperience. C1X offers an accelerated agenda with impactful speakers, focused networking and an all new C1XPO exhibit hall experience. Throughout C1X, Carpet One Floor & Home members focus on the power of supporting core cooperative programs; the difference a strong commitment to customers can make; and the keys to converting more leads to sales.

John Venhuizen is president and chief executive officer of Ace Hardware Corporation. Venhuizen, 45, is a 22-year veteran of Ace. Venhuizen joined Ace within the marketing department in 1992. He has since, worked his way up through the company.
A 21-year veteran of the United States Air Force, Colonel Nicole Malachowski (USAF, Ret.) wanted to fly military jets from the moment she saw them at her first air show when she was five years old. She achieved that goal-and then some. A leader, a combat veteran, the first woman pilot on the Thunderbirds Air Demonstration Squadron, an instructor, a White House Fellow, and an inductee into the Women in Aviation International Pioneer Hall of Fame, Nicole’s Air Force career exceeded her wildest dreams.
