CCA Global Forms Business Transition Services Unit

Manchester, NH, October 22, 2007--CCA Global Partners has formed a new division that will help members either sell their business or prepare to transfer it to family members.

 

Ronnie Thomasson, senior vice president of the CCA, will lead the new Business Transition Services Division.  His new title will be senior vice president of Business Transition Services. Global Partner University

 

This new division will help members with goal identification, business assessment, business valuation, business improvement, brokerage services, legal, financial, business coaching, new member integration and other services as necessary to the transition of the business.

 

“I have no doubt that Ronnie will do a great job in this new role,” says Howard Brodsky, co-founder, CEO, and chairman of CCA Global Partners.  “His knowledge of the membership, expertise in business consulting, and his passion for members make him the ideal person to head up this new division.”

 

The new division is important because hundreds of current owners across CCA Global divisions are expected to transition their business in the next five years.
