Manchester, NH, January 12--Alan Greenberg, co-CEO of CCA Global Partners, announced today that Flooring Canada, formerly a master franchise of Flooring America, would now become a fully integrated subsidiary of CCA Global Partners.

The current Canadian management team will continue to oversee the daily business operations in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Jim Duff will continue as president and Randy McHolm as vice president, both original founders of Flooring Canada. They will continue to operate under the very successful Flooring Canada name and will continue their tradition of having a truly Canadian focus and approach to market.
