Carpet Store Sues Over Video Review of Job

Salt Lake City, UT, March 6, 2008--A Salt Lake City carpet business is upset over a disgruntled customer's online review on You Tube.

The video shows a woman methodically inspecting her house for flaws in her flooring job.

"You push it down over here, and it pops up over there. Over here, they didn't even cut enough off to cover it. You see that gap over there? " she said.

Carpet giant Carpet One says the video contains lies about the company, so it's suing. It wants the woman to pay her $8,000 bill. It also wants the video removed from YouTube.
