'Carpet of Peace' To Be International Project

Newberg, Germany, January 23, 2008--A "carpet of peace" will be weaved with the help of 30,000 people from all over the world.

The rug, designed by painter Ashraf Geybatov of Azerbaijan, will be 3x5 meters

Each tourist will be invited into a special workshop to make a few knots.

"Those, involved into the process, will have to leave information about themselves and their work, on the site, which is to propagandize this project", Geyatov said.
