Lahore, Pakistan, Aug 19--As many as 245 foreign importers and dealers of carpets expected to visit Pakistan Carpet Exhibition 2003 being held in Karachi from August 28-31, according to PakNews.com.
"This will be a record number of carpet importers, dealers, wholesalers and other delegates attending a carpet expo in Pakistan," said Nisar Mir, Chairman, Exhibition Organising Committee here Monday.
In a press statement, he said that 150 tickets have already been issued to selected carpet traders in the U.S., Canada, Europe, South America and the Far East. Free accommodation besides other facilities will be provided to the delegates for the duration of the exhibition, he said.
