Carpet Designer Peggie McGee Has Died

LaGrange, GA, April 19, 2024-Carpet designer Peggie Daniel McGee, 71 died April 15.

Peggie designed carpet for both Interface and Mannington Commerical.

An industry designer said of Peggie, "In addition to her friendliness and positive outlook, Peggie was known for her willingness to share her extensive knowledge of product development and technical expertise in tufting."

A memorial service will be held at Rosemont Baptist Church on April 19. Visitation at the church at 1:00 pm, service at 2:00 pm. A private interment will be held at Shadowlawn Cemetery.
