Card-Monroe Launches New Division Focused on Facility Operations

Chattanooga, TN, February 2, 2026-Card-Monroe Corp. (CMC) has announced the launch of Card-Monroe Services (CMS), a new division that extends the company's reliability and customer-first approach beyond the tufting machine to encompass complete facility operations.

Built on the foundation of CMC's tufting expertise, CMS represents a strategic evolution. The company that changed carpet manufacturing now brings that same engineering precision, relational approach, and integrity to the services that support production long after installation, whether tied directly to tufting, automation or broader facility needs.

CMS addresses a critical gap in the industrial services landscape. CMS offers what Card-Monroe has always delivered: partnership built on expertise, rapid response and care for customer success. CMS will not only support existing installations but also support customers of Card-Monroe Automation (CMA) projects once those projects enter full production. 

This "one-call" approach simplifies facility management by offering a single point of contact for preventative maintenance, emergency call-outs, and equipment rentals and services. 

Leading this expansion is Evann Gibson, vice president of industrial services. Gibson brings 25 years of industrial leadership experience from Kenco, Toyota, and Lexus.
