Capel Rugs Gets New CEO

Troy, NC, Sept. 10, 2009--Capel Rugs said that John A. Magee has been appointed president and CEO of Capel Inc., Capelsie Mills Inc., and Capel Real Estate & Development Inc.

Magee is a partner with management consulting firm Anderson Bauman Tourtellot Vos & Co., which was engaged earlier this year to conduct a review of the companies’ strategy and operations. He has over 25 years of experience advising clients on business and organizational strategy, capital structure, corporate governance and profit improvement.

Originally from Baltimore, Magee received his MBA from Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
