CalRecycle Finds CARE's 2024 Report Non-Compliant

Sacramento, CA, April 21, 2026-In a recent decision, CalRecycle found the 2024 California Carpet Stewardship Program Annual Report non-compliant. 

CARE missed two of 13 stated plan goals and narrowly missed a third goal, decreased disposal, by just 0.6%.
