Bud Meberg of Consolidated Carpet Has Died

New York, NY, March 19, 2021-Thomas “Bud” Meberg, an owner of Consolidated Carpet, 79, died March 12, 2021. 

Meberg began working in the family business, Consolidated Carpet Trade Workroom, in 1963 after graduating college. He worked for over 50 years before retiring in 2016. He ran projects from the size of one office to multiple floors, all with the same attention to detail and kindness. 

Says Dave Meberg, CEO of Consolidated Carpet and nephew of Bud, “Bud was a real good man. I’m sad to see him go.”

Consolidated Carpet is a commercial flooring contractor with operations in New York City and Chicago. The firm is one of StarNet's top 5 members from a revenue perspective.
